Cancel Anytime, No Charge

Taylor and Natalie believe in contracts that favor their clients and respect their needs. Their clients can cancel anytime during the listing period with 24 hours notice for no charge. If their clients are not happy for any reason, or if their plans simply change due to unforeseen circumstances, they can cancel with no consequences. (Of course, if their clients are pending with a buyer it becomes a multi-party agreement and the pending transaction with the buyer must resolve itself first.)
